La dirección AMANECER, unidad de estancia diurna para la atención al mayor, ha decidido e impulsado la implantación de un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad basado en la norma UNE-EN ISO 9001. La implantación de este sistema de gestión ofrece a nuestros usuarios y a otras partes interesadas las máximas garantías de calidad y satisfacción, así como evidencia de nuestro compromiso en la calidad en la atención al usuario.

The management system of AMANECER has the following scope: Daytime care unit for the elderly "El amanecer", which includes: psychological and social care, health and physiotherapeutic care, psychostimulation, occupational therapy, basic care (food, hygiene, transportation).

The management system is based on basic valuesissued by the Directorate of AMANECER described below.

  • Set the necessary measures and resources to guarantee the individuality, privacy, wellbeing, peace of mind and generally, dignity of ours users.
