Cookie Policy

1. Definition and functions of cookies.

A cookie is a file that is downloaded to the User's computer when accessing certain websites. Cookies allow the website, among other things, to store and retrieve information about the browsing habits of the User or their equipment and, depending on the information they contain and the way they use their equipment, they can be used to recognise the User.

2. Types of cookies that may be used by this Website.

- Own Cookies: These are those that are sent to the User's terminal equipment from a computer or domain managed by the Owner and from which the service requested by the User is provided.

- Third-party cookies: These are those that are sent to the User's terminal equipment from a computer or domain that is not managed by the Owner, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.

- Session cookies: These are a type of cookie designed to collect and store data while the User accesses a website.

- Persistent cookies: These are a type of cookie in which the data remains stored in the terminal and can be accessed and processed for a period defined by the party responsible for the cookie, which can range from a few minutes to several years.

- Analysis Cookies: These are those that are either processed by the Owner or by third parties, allow us to quantify the number of Users and thus carry out the measurement and statistical analysis of the use made by Users of the service offered. For this purpose, their browsing is analysed in order to improve the range of products or services offered.

- Advertising Cookies: These are those that allow the management, in the most effective way possible, of the advertising spaces that, where appropriate, the Owner has included on the Website, application or platform from which the requested service is provided based on criteria such as the edited content or the frequency at which the advertisements are shown.

- Behavioural advertising cookies: These cookies enable the management, in the most effective way possible, of the advertising spaces that, where appropriate, the Owner has included on the Website, application or platform from which the requested service is provided. These cookies store information on the behaviour of Users obtained through the continuous observation of their browsing habits, which allows a specific profile to be developed in order to display advertising based on the same. Likewise, it is possible that when visiting a website or opening an email where an advertisement or promotion on the products or services offered is published, a cookie may be installed in the browser that is used to subsequently display advertising related to the search that has been performed, develop a control of the ads in relation to, for example, the number of times they are seen, where they appear, at what time they are seen, etc.

3. Revocation and deletion of cookies.

5. Web Analytics - Google Analytics

This Website may use Google Analytics, a web analytics tool provided by Google, Inc. whose registered office is located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View (California), CA 94043, United States ("Google"). This tool allows the Owner to know the degree of involvement of Users with the Website, with the possibility of consulting various reports describing how Users interact with the Website for the purpose of improving it. Google Analytics collects information anonymously, i.e. it reports trends on the Website without identifying its users.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to track Users' interactions on the Website. These cookies are used to store information such as the time of the visit, whether the User has been to the site before and which site has recommended the User to visit this Website in question. Browsers do not share first-party cookies from the same domain.

All computers and devices connected to the Internet are assigned a unique number known as an "Internet Protocol address" or "IP address". Since these numbers are typically assigned on a country-specific basis, IP addresses are often used to identify the country, state and city from which the computer is connected to the Internet. Google Analytics records the IP address of Users who visit the Website so that the Owner can find out from where on the planet the site is being visited. This method is called "IP geolocation". Google Analytics does not provide information about the actual IP address.

The Google Analytics terms of service prohibit the tracking or collection of personally identifiable information (such as name, email address or billing and other associated data) through Google Analytics or the association of personal information with web analytics data.

You can control the information that Google may use and decide whether or not you want Google to use this data through the Google Analytics data sharing options. The data is used to improve Google's products and services.

In order to give Users more choice as to how Google Analytics collects their data, the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on has been developed. This add-on tells the Google Analytics JavaScript code (ga.js) that information about the website visit should not be sent to Google Analytics. However, it does not prevent information from being sent to the website itself or to other web analytics services. The User may refuse the processing of data or information by rejecting the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on their browser, however, the User should be aware that if they do so they may not be able to use the full functionality of this Website.

By using this Website, the User consents to the processing of his/her information by Google and the Owner in the manner and for the purposes indicated above. For more information about this tool and Google's privacy policy, Users are recommended to visit the following link: http://www.google.es/intl/es/policies/

INDICATIONS:

- In the existing contact form, please include:

I accept all the conditions of the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy (with links that open in another tab, unchecked check box that does not allow to continue the process if it is not checked).

(If it is not possible to put the check box with the links that open to the other tab, indicate that by submitting the form you are accepting all the conditions of the legal notice and privacy policy).

I agree to receive promotions, offers and commercial communications (in the event that mailings or any other type of commercial communications are intended to be sent).

- A link to the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy must be included in the footer of the page.

- If the website generates any email automatically (e.g. confirmation of receipt of the Contact Form), it must include a data protection clause.

- The details of the entry in the Commercial Register (yellow underlined) must be added.

- As there is a possibility of capturing user data, the website must have a secure data transfer protocol: HTTPS. In addition, websites that do not have this technology will be negatively positioned by search engines, e.g. Google.

- Any reference to contact via WhatsApp should be deleted as it is considered an unsafe data management tool.

–  IMPORTANT: With regard to the warning that must appear when accessing the website informing that it uses cookies, the regulation stipulates that there must be a previous layer in which consent is requested before any cookie is generated. Furthermore, with the entry into force of the RGPD and the LOPDGDD, data processing must be consented to by the user for each specific purpose, therefore in order to comply with this new obligation we recommend the use of some of the tools that already exist on the market that allow the user to freely choose to activate or deactivate the different types of cookies that are not necessary for the operation: preferences, statistics, advertising,...https://www.cookiebot.com/es/ https://www.quantcast.com/gdpr/consent-management-solution/

Currently, this requirement is not met by many websites; what is becoming widespread is an informed consent. If you choose to include only this consent, we recommend the following text, as indicated below would no longer be enough (with links that open in another tab and the option to hide on acceptance):

Use of CookiesThis website uses its own and third-party cookies to improve the user's browsing experience, perform statistical analysis of its use and display advertising that may be of interest.
